Can anyone help.
We plan to undertake a housing needs survey of residents in the area. We
would like to send out 12000 survey forms but our problem is that we only
want to target residential properties.
My questions are:
1. Can we use a random, anonymous sample (i.e. The Occupier ) from the
Council Tax database or is this a breach of principle 2?
2. Can the electoral roll be used?
3. How do other Councils handle this, if the Council Tax Database cannot be
used?
Any help/advice gratefully received.
