Hi,
You are missing the fact that the data are _freely_ available. Anyone can see
them, take them.

Not from countries that have to abide to EU legislation, but can be taken by
and used for marketing by anyone outside the EU+EFTA+etc

The controller does not have to pass the data on (should not pass the data
on). The data are there for anyone to take.
Apologies if I misunderstand your question. Maybe say why you are asking the
question in the first place :-)
