Oh good - so if we insert an assurance in our rules and regulations that we will conform to the Act, does that mean we can stop putting DP statements on our application forms?
I'm sure Mrs McGillicuddy at 26 The Larches is an avid reader of two year old Command Papers so she won't need to worry about her rights as a data subject... Sounds like one rule for them....
