Had a review of file content and retention periods of data within the staff
files
conducted some time ago in trying to get ready for the DPA 1998.
From that review developed a policy to be followed regarding file content
and weeding.
Difficulty is getting the current staffs files weeded, a relatively resource
intensive
task. Wish our organisation was that worried that they would spend the time
weeding without going through all sorts of loops to get the resource time
made available.
