The volume of 'odd concidences' happening around and about these days could
be unnerving for the superstitious.
Have not received one myself so do not think it could have come as a result
of membership of this list; However others may have done, so will be
interesting to see further responses.
Have no sound answer as to how your e-mail address could have been obtained,
unless it is a prank by somebody who knows you looked in the window of that
shop, which seems far fetched in itself, but dare say in London you were
probably on more than one camera when you were looking in the window.
Subject access springs to mind as one possible way of maybe resolving the
query.
