Dear all
I work within an NHS Trust which deals with psychiatric patients. Our
Community Psychiatric Nurses are looking at establishing an out of hours
service for patients in the community. The nurses do not want the clients
to obtain the engaged tone when calling in if they are already on the
telephone and we are looking at different messaging services. Does anyone
else out there use a third party for this type of service, keeping in mind
the type of patient calling in and the sensitive data that might be left on
the service. I assume that a contract with BT would be mandatory as they
would be data processors for us? Any other suggestions?
Thanks in advance
Alison
