This is a scam. Another was doing the rounds a couple of weeks ago
which came from UKTD Ltd, North Queensferry, Fife. The Direct
Marketing Association who run the real fps got their legal bods to put
a stop to that organisation's activities.
There were several threads on this in uk.telecom. The general advice
was to contact the real fps and give them all the details that you
have. Their telephone number is 020 7766 4420 and the fax number is
020 7976 1886
