Just wondering if anyone has any experience of dealing with the German
Bundesdatenschutzgesetz? - how does it compare with the British DPA and the
EU directive, and how has the BDSG recently been modified? I would be
grateful for any comments, experiences, advice or websites - I am just
looking to get an overview at this stage. (I have visited the German Federal
Data Protection Commissioners site, www.bfd.bund.de, but would be interested
in any more personal views, especially in comparison with DP in the UK.)
Many thanks.
