Query for all.
Like many others, we have an on-line faclity via our internet wherby the public can pay for services on-line e.g by Credit Card.
In order to advise the public on the use of their informmation we need to include a standard statement to inform them of the purpose, and what we will be using their information for and what we won't. e.g data will not be shared with other 3rd parties....bla ,bla ,bla.
Does anyone out there have a "Standard" type D.P statement for this, which they use for their on-line payments.
being able to see what types of wording others use, would be extremely helpful in devising a statment of our own.
all contributions gratefully received
