Seems to me it depends whether or not you are responding to an "official"
data subject access request under the DPA. If not, you can charge what you
feel you can get away with, I suppose!

What do colleagues in Higher Education feel about students
paying £10 per
(archived) transcript where, for example, they are asking
for transcripts
to be sent to various institutions with details to fill in
on application
forms etc. Should this form part of the normal good
practice of an
institution? Would charging more than £10 break the Data

principles anyway?
