Many mailers by default store a copy of what is being sent. So a copy of the
sent (send?) but not received emails may be on the employee's computer. In
which case you could disclose it ... if you can find it.
If it is not there it is gone in the big black hole really. I would not
trace emails from back up systems, let alone try to get it from hotmail or
anywhere else. Hotmail ... assuming it had it should not give it to you
anyway.
You seem to be assuming that if it was send through the ordinary account a
copy would exist? The central system(s) may only be found having mail whilst
in transit, whilst not received or not deleted by either sender or recipient.
Sorry but a data subject cannot ask for information we do not have.
And if you were to find the email WHAT IF (I am learning with these
hypothetical cases) you accidentaly ;-) pressed the delete button?
Problem over, loveley jobley :-)
(Equivalent to the guard dog chewed the backup tape syndrome ...
and I hope noone from the Office ;-) is snooping in. Only MI5,6,CIA and FBI
are snooping in this list).
Charles :-)
