A school has given permission (with final approval of the result) for PE
and Games lessons to be filmed, in order to be incorporated in a 3rd
party's multimedia presentation for public distribution. In their weekly
newsletter they say parent's permission is required too, and ask that
opters-out inform the school office. If individual children are not
named, is it a DPA issue? On the other hand, I've heard of problems with
children being seen and tracked in such circumstances by estranged
parents.
