There might be a Human Rights Article 8 & 10 issue here as well. When a
person sends 'confidential' correspondence can they reasonably expect it to
be kept private from the person they are expressing an opinion/fact about.
Surely it would be up to any tribunal to prove or disprove the contents of
the confidential material.
