We hold manual records of e.g expense claims, travel advance requests,
overtine returns, special award authorities in repect of staff for a period
of 6 years which I understand is a statutory requirement for tax purposes.
Do we then have to provide copies of all these for a subject access request
or does the exemption for taxation purposes apply? I don't think it does
because the taxation purposes wouldn't be prejudiced but wondered what
others think?
6 years worth amounts to a large amount of photocopying!
