The police may only claim a section 29(3) exemptions on a case by case
basis; Not as a case for general processing. I think the Representation of
the Peoples Act 2000 attempts to deal with that issue, amongst other things.

I have no idea, they will certainly need to abide by the principles and also
ensure the appropriate audit trails and security exists, especially with the
new full lists as they are released.
