Seems to use the National Security purposes for this would be a slight over
reaction, the current world climate has already been manipulated to push
forward a number of bills that erode personal privacy and again has been
hijacked by the identity card brigade.
If this purpose was to be applied I personally would what it applied to a
particular individual not a group.
