I think you will find that a list of personal data bases (desription of
content, purposes, how to get access etc) will be useful to have in your
publication schemes under FOI

Subject: Database for DPA Activities
Does anyone use a dedicated database to record all data protection
activities i.e.:
* notification
* business processes
* business functions
* manual records
* electronic records etc
If so, what is the name of the package and where was it purchased from?
If no database is used, what methods are employed to keep track of all
DPA activities? I am particularly interested with the local government
point of view but would like to know what everyone does too.
Thank you.
