Chris
For one example look at registration no K0119051. This covers a large well
known firm of solicitors (and they should know correct procedures given they
would provide consultany services to others ;-) ). An amendment only appears
required not a re-registration.

Subject: Partnerships
Solicitors firms are made up of partners. The legal entity is shared on a
joint and several liability basis amongst the partners. When one of those
partners leaves the legal entity changes. Surely they would then have to re
register with the OIC.
