Look at it from another angle. What do you want to achieve by putting the
list on your website? Internally, staff know that you are part of the
Records Management Team and therefore can contact you about records
management. Externally (particularly first contacts) just want to contact
someone in the Records Management Team - the name of the person they talk to
can be given or withheld at this stage. I would suggest that you give job
titles and phone numbers on your website and not staff names. This also has
the benefit of being accurate when members of staff leave/join.
