No.
But if you anonymise them I don't see what is the problem or why you are even
considering there may be a problem.
The crunch though is that
(a) you can only develop with anonymised data;
(b) testing can only be done with the real stuff;
(c) debugging after delivery can require the use of read data (for not saying
a complete set of data too).
From memory there were references to the subject in the guidelines for the
1984 Act.
Probably wrong but what the heck.
