The PNC is registered by all Chief Constables and other PNC users with
everybody mirroring the basic registration. Particulars available via the
OIC's site. (Search the register by 'Chief Constable' to find one)
In following this discussion a particularly pertinent point would seem to be
the purpose the Motor Insurers Database is to be used for, and the
associated fair obtaining issues, which I would personally expect to be tied
up contractually.
Is the further use of data a 'fair' inclusion within a contract?
