I believe it is possible to run Zenworks so that the remote PC
knows that it is being monitored and who by on a continuous basis
- this is how it is run here although I have not actually seen it
in use.
There should be a warning message when monitoring starts and
there is a continuous icon showing when in use. Also here staff
have to agree to remote monitoring - but the possible benefits
for enhanced maintenance are described.
I would image that such monitoring would be covered by the RIP
Act and therefore staff must be made aware that they may be
monitored.
