Hi All
That's probably why I was not aware - how does this affect us poor souls in
Scotland - FOI is still in the draft bill stage up here and as you probably
know we are to have our own Information Commissioner for FOI although we use
Elizabeth France for Data Protection...help...or do we assume that because
the FOI is an actual UK Act we should be following the UK Act and then
revert to the Scottish version when it is finalised.
Why can't things be straightforward?
