I know the data subject does not have to state the reason he is requesting the data. However, I thought at the time I saw the original MT programme that once the local authority had found the images of him prancing around with morris dancers and a placard saying "I'm Mark Thomas, give me this tape" or whatever it said, I would have thought they could regard that as a frivilous or vexatious request and refuse to comply.
Since the competition seems to be asking for 'the most creative' video footage, I would suggest the same argument could be used.
OK, once again, it's "do I want to be the test case", but for goodness sakes, don't we all have better things to do?!!
