OK
It hasn't happened yet, at least not to my knowledge, but could it?
If a UK company is junk mailing me (an American citizen) in the States, can
I write to them asking them to stop, exercising the rights afforded to an
individual by UK and/or European legislation?
Presumably, if they ignore my request, I could then continue to seek
compensation (if suitably damaged and/or distressed)
Any thoughts
