It may be worth having a chat to a Speech and Language Therapist as I have
to admit that I have not tried the amplifier on the database called a
'Personal voice amplifier (BA280)' from http://www.applesound.co.uk/
Best wishes

Subject: portable amplifier
I wonder if anybody has come across anything like this before? We have a
student who has a very quiet speaking voice and consequently has a real
problem being heard during seminars and presentations. I know that for a
presentation we can set up a lapel mike and amplifier, but has anybody come
across an amplifier for personal use that the student could carry round
with them?
Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks,
Martyn Hoskins
