Hello,
Does anyone know about some kind of institutional/national charter or
statement on giving "Equal Opportunities for Students with Disabilities"? I
know that in the UK some institutions for HE have Disability Statements, ...
but what is the (legal) power of these kinds of texts? Are these statements
driven by some kind of law (like for example the ADA in the states)?
And what's the use of it for students and institutions to your opinion?
Can somebody give me more info, examples or opinions on these kinds of
statements/charters? Are simply give me a web-hint where i can get an answer
to these kinds of qeustions?
Kind greetings from Brussels,
JOeri.
