I need to do some research into data protection issues around the world.
I've borrowed a copy of Data Protection Laws of the World (Christopher
Millard/Mark Ford of Clifford Chance) which is proving very useful, but
trying to collate the core elements of the laws is extremely time-consuming.
Does anyone know whether any kind of summary exists anywhere which compares
& contrasts the various international laws? Ideally I'm looking for an
at-a-glance table or similar, but anything would be a start....
thanks
