I would like to hear from DP Officers at Universities who have arrangements
with housing associations/private landlords to provide residential
accommodation to students.
What information is passed by the University to the third party landlord to
enable the reserving of accommodation.
What DP statement/consent clauses are used to enable this transfer of data
to take place.
Are there any contractual arrangements between the University and the
housing association/private landlord.
OR Are students provided with the forms for housing association
accommodation so that they pass their information directly to the housing
association/private landlord concerned.
