Payment may be a problem as exam costs should not be
covered by DSA, as noted in the DSA guidelines.
Nevertheless, some of the casual LEAs will fund note taking
support for exams, but confirm with the LEA that the money
would be provided before it is promised.
South Bank should be funding this.
