I assessed a 14 year old whose LEa accepted the 'condition' but wanted
advice. His finger joint actaully dislocated when he gripped a pen. If
different pens do not work, then I would suggest that a
PC/AlphaSmart/laptop solution is justified. I would say that he should
get a letter describing what happens that doesn't say 'writer's cramp'
if it is a physical condition - Are you satisified that it is not
'psychological', related to stress, anxiety, etc?
