Hi,
I would be grateful if anyone could let me know what - if anything -
is done at their institution for international students with
disabilities who have no funding for the support they require.

I can only say that we try to do a bit, but they get a less good service than students with DSA. We do not discriminate over the free transport which we provide, which would not be covered by DSA, and we lend a few bits of equipment., or pass on used computers, not entirely satisfactory. we may have a postgraduate from the EU who is a braille user, and we are going to have to do something for her. We have used some money subscribed by past students to help make minimal provision for overseas students with disabilities.
I was dismayed to find that the British Council makes no extra provision for its scholarship holders who are disabled
