Broadening Phil's query out a bit, I've been thinking about the
position of international students with disabilities in the light of the
QAA, and the Human Rights Act. We can provide some basic
things, but generally the university's stance has been that the
student brings disability funding with them; so we couldn't, for
example, pay for readers. I wonder if this position can be
maintained in the new legislative context?

funding?
