You could try the Orientation Rehabilitation Module developed by Ben-Yishay
et al in the early 90's. I will try to find the details on how to obtain it
as soon as I have time.

Subject: Reaction timing software
Does anyone know of any software that can be used to time a person's
reaction time to visual stimuli. The sort of thing I have in mind is, object
appears on screen, subject presses key/mouse button, object disappears.
Process repeats at random intervals. Timing data is stored for later
analysis.
Any offers.
