I would recommend changing to Dolphin Supernova, this offers magnification
and speech in the same package and what is more important it works!

Subject: Zoomtext and other similar software
Dear Colleagues
I wondered if anyone could offer us some advice. The PCs in our LRC
have recently been upgraded to Windows NT4 from Windows 95. We have
been given a quote of $600 to upgrade Zoomtext so it can run on NT
(for 10 users). At the moment, Zoomtext is only used by a small
number of students. Of course we will discuss requirements with
these students, but $600 does seem a lot of money.
Is Zoomtext still the best software to use? - it's the only screen
enlargement software we have on our PCs. Can anyone suggest
any other suitable software, or reassure me (and my bosses!) that
it's money well spent.
Our IT team mentioned upgrading to Windows 2000 instead of NT as it
has some special features - does anyone know anything about those?
Any help will be very gratefully received.
