I raised the initial question. I've still haven't had a response from
the DPC. The suggestion from Hammond Suddards Solicitors was that a
reference given from one area to a different area/department of the
University would be treated in the same way as a different
organisation. However, I am about to take advice from our Solicitors -
prompted by a subject access enquiry in connection with academic
promotions. Has anyone else had to deal with a similar request?
