Steps to consider
(1) get regs
(2) are the CSA exercising staturoty powers formally (in wrting); if so
which powers
(3) do the powers relate to the precise circumstances of your processing
(4) are u obliged to disclose - can you refuse - do you want to refuse
(5) can u tell the data subject about the disclosure?
(6) only disclose those items of data consistent with the exercise of powers
(7) keep records of disclosure
