If you have nothing to hide tell people up front in plain english
how you will be processing the data, this surely inspires oodles of
confidence in prospective data subjects! Most of our forms have been
amended with appropriate statements for each individual purpose. We
haven't gone down a corporate 'blanket' statement route for all and
sundry. It seems much better this open way.
