There is only so much you can do. You could increase x-fold your costs and
send them by Registered mail or courier. It is one think to keep things
secure so they don't end up in rubbish tips it is another thing to put a
"diosproportionate effort or cost" in doing something. This is taking DP to
extremes as no matter what you do things can - and will - go wrong.
I take DP in this instance to be - taking adequate precautions not going mad.
