Could anyone please advise me on the following scenario?
A Councillor is moving to the LGA (Mayor's address) and wishes all her future e-mails (which are currently at our Town Hall) to be forwarded to her new e-mail address - LGA.
I have a real issue here with SPD being forwarded over the internet to her new e-mail account. I cannot forsee what her future e-mails may contain, and therefore do not know how to advise our I.T. team on this.
Is there any way the sender can see a disclaimer before sending the recipient anything?
