1. hit the start button;
2. select settings and then control panel;
3. select system;
4. go to the device manager tab;
5. look down the list for devices that you want to uninstall; note
that the plus and minus signs open and close categories of devices.
6. highlight the device and hit the remove button;
7. close down all open windows and re-boot.
Windows should find the hardware and install the drivers. You
should have the windows disk to hand and any driver disks that
came with the drives.
