Hi Joe,
It is worth looking at the wellbeing walks organized by botanic gardens:
These are often linked to people living with dementia. Here are two examples:
Royal Botanic Gardens, Edinburgh (RBGE)
Dementia friendly walks https://nen.press/2017/08/19/join-dementia-friendly-walk-at-botanic-gardens/
Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew
Health walks for people living with dementia: https://www.kew.org/kew-gardens/whats-on/health-walks-for-people-living-with-dementia
Health walks for local residents: https://www.kew.org/kew-gardens/whats-on/health-walks-for-local-residents
As you will see e.g. in the RBGE example the walks are organized in partnership with the UK Ageing Well Network. It is worth looking at which would be the right partner for you to set this up maybe.
with best wishes,
Asimina

Subject: Wellbeing and Mindful Walks
I am a learning officer at St Fagans National Museum of History and I would like to design a self guided wellbeing / mindful walk around the grounds of the museum. I have some personal experience with mindfulness but have never designed any work around it. Does anyone have any good examples of places that have done wellbeing / mindful walks? Examples of self guided walks would be especially helpful.
Many thanks
Joe
