Has anyone investigated the best way of encouraging customers to keep us
informed of any change of address?
We currently have change of address forms on the counter for people to help
themselves, but there is not a huge take up.
Galaxy could help, but would be very staff intensive in dealing with the
large numbers of checks thrown up.
Is there a third way?
