Dear Sukanta and Ken,
One of the most reliable references for product design courses is the Engineering field. Most of the different engineering degree programs (across the large number of different engineering and technical disciplines) contain one or more product design courses.
Engineering degree courses tend to be stable in curricula-terms so a list of institutions with engineering programs with product design courses would be expected to be relatively unchanging. This is because, worldwide, engineering programs are typically linked to professional engineering registration processes and the national and international institutions that provide such registration. It takes years for a course to attain registered status and the amount of change that can occur without reregistering is typically small - so engineering programs curricula (and hence their product design courses) tend to be relatively unchanging at least at the macroscale.
Best regards,
Terence

Subject: Re: List of Product Design course offering universities
Dear Sukanta,
There is no list of all the product design courses and industrial design courses around the world. It isn’t even easy to find lists on a national level for most nations. All told, there are now at least 14,000 organisations designated as universities — perhaps as many as 22,000, depending on the jurisdiction and the definition. At least 2000 of these must offer courses or degree programs in product design, industrial design, product design engineering, and so on. Many universities offer courses or degree programs in more than one college or faculty. A large research university might well have two, three, even four degree programs or courses in different faculties. In addition, some universities offer courses related to product design in such areas as marketing, economics, or management. Many universities or business schools that offer degree programs in design management have courses or units in product design management or product design innovation within the degree program.
If someone were to develop a list of this kind, it would be a great service to the field. It would most likely be out of date the minute it is published.
To get at least an overview of the field, you might try checking the web site of the World Design Organization
https://wdo.org <https://wdo.org/>
If you then look at the member societies on a national basis, these will give you some useful leads. Most of the member schools that belong to Cumulus have programs in product design, industrial design, or product design engineering, and many have programs in design management.

Many of the schools in ELIA — the European League of Institutes of Art — also have such programs

Hope this helps.
Yours,
Ken
