Dear GEMmers,
We're reviewing a formal learning service and it's running costs, and as part of that we were wondering what management structure others use for running outreach and loan box services:
- Do you offer them as part of your service? why/why not? if so, are they successful?
- What's your pricing structure? How do you fairly take distance into account?
- Do you use paid staff/freelancers/volunteers for them? is this different to running sessions in-museum?
- Do you offer e-learning resources instead of them? are they successful?
Any pointers would be much appreciated! Happy to collate responses and share too,
Rebecca
