Well, depends on what you're asking. Are there
similar images that have the evangelists represented
by their "beasts" with books in their paws/claws?
Yes.
A later
church:http://myweb.lmu.edu/fjust/Photos/Assisi.htm

in Padua

from Ravenna, 6th century.
Mark in
particular:http://myweb.lmu.edu/fjust/Photos/Italy99/Ravenna-24.jpg
For an earlier example, see the evangelist symbols in
the Lindisfarne gospels,
http://myweb.lmu.edu/fjust/4Gosp-Lindisfarne.htm
Note that both the human figures and animal figures
have books.
For images of a person, abbott or bishop with crosier
and hand uplifted in blessing, these are ubiquitous,
though not quite in the same style as yours. But I
think you can see clearly the two fingers held up with
the thumb extended in blessing. The vestments suggest
to me a bishop, rather than an abbott.
What I can't quite lay my hands on at the moment, but
I'm certain I've seen them, are sculptures or images
that have a king, bishop, abbott, or saint with the
evangelists--I can lay my hands on images of angels
with the four...but I'm certain I've seen them.
I hope that helps some, I see as I send this that
you've had many helpful answers. But I'd look for the
time the church was built and what is known about the
local bishops etc.
