To Gem members
There are three workshops coming up in the next few weeks that may be of interest to Gem members. All are concerned with understanding more about the face, through sculpture and drawing. The artists leading the workshops are Eleanor Crook, a sculptor who trained with Richard Neave, who has produced a bespoke model for the museum illustrating injuries and surgical techniques from the First World War; and Mark Gilbert, whose paintings of oral-maxillofacial patients before, during and after surgery, are on display in the museum until June 2005.
Please find information about the workshops and how to book below.
