Consider the case to be taken up.
In the meantime, maybe the experts here would like to provide their views of
the OST's PEST team. (I see they still have the dreaded 'U' word in there.)
Then again, maybe we are all terrified of upsetting them, lest they pull the
plug on our grants.
I find it a bit odd that documents get hidden in these days of 'open
government'. Wouldn't the OST be in a better position to respond to the
report after seeing the views of the community?
