CROW  
The Centre has been set up to examine the ways in which the talents of older workers can be used to address the skills gaps and shortages in the labour market. In particular, we are interested in the relationship between age, work and learning and the implications of the EU Directive on age discrimination. The Centre is based in the Department of Educational Studies at the University of Surrey in partnership with SEEDA, PRA and NIACE. It is focusing initially on the South East of England but also plans to look at the problem from a national perspective.
