I will readily send you a list of primary sources and secondary lit
of the TYPIKA.( within a few days, I will be returning and able to check my
references). On the compilation of these manuals ( often, in studies of
this type, specifically the etiology of the traditions eventually encoded
within the TYPIKA) you might find what you are seeking.
Be back to you shortly. Do you read Russian or Modern Greek ? This will
help me tailor my suggestions.
